Alison Julian
Alison Julian graduated from Cal State University with a degree in graphics. Born into a family of painters, she followed her father into the animation industry. Alison taught herself to paint and has worked on feature films and popular TV commercials for 30 years. She became the first background painter to be invited to teach the craft at the California Institute for the Arts. Alison lives in Los Angeles, California, with her husband, Darrell Dooley.
