Below are some of the business principles that we strive to live by as we manage the business that we have been entrusted with:

- We acknowledge that our business is solely dependent on God’s grace. (Ephesians 2:4-9)
- Prayer, in the name of Jesus the Christ, our Lord and Savior, is the blanket that covers all we do; it is the first place we go to for guidance and the last place we go for confirmation. (John 16:24) (Philippians 4: 6-7)
- We acknowledge that every interaction we have with others reflects directly on Jesus and we strive to make the most of every opportunity. (Colossians 4:2-6)
- We strive to use our gifts and talents that the Spirit has given us to our fullest ability, every minute of every day. (Romans 12: 6-9) (Joshua 1:6)
- We believe that God is able to do immeasurably more than we could ever ask for or imagine. (Ephesians 3:20-21) (Psalm 61:1a &2b)
- We acknowledge that God’s ways are right and his timing is perfect, and that our ways and timing are not always perfect. (Act1:7) (Proverbs 3: 5-6)
- We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28)
- We acknowledge that these businesses are supported by the seeds the Lord has provided. We have faith that he will increase the store of seeds, allowing us to enlarge his harvest. (2 Corinthians 9:6-15) (Philippians 4:19)
